Fee schedule — Claims

The claim assessment fee is ¥12,000, payable when the claim is lodged.

• The assessment fee is refunded in full where the final award exceeds ¥1,000,000.
• The fee is waived entirely for repeat claimants — see fee waivers in the FAQ.
• The fee is not refunded where a claim is refused or withdrawn.

Fees are payable online or at a regional office window. Cash is accepted at the window in exact amounts only.
